The Other Side of Mars screens at Jihlava International Documentary Film Festival, where it won the “A Testimony on Knowledge” – award. The Other Side of Mars screens at Buffalo International Film Festival, and at The Imagine Science Film Festival in New York.
The Other Side of Mars has been selected for the Jaipur International Film Festival, taking place in January 2020. In November the Other Side of Mars screens at Imagine Science Film Festival in New York and the InScience International Film Festival, Nijmegen, The Netherlands in the main competition.

The one hour documentary The Other Side of Mars, produced by Liisa Karpo at napafilms, has its premiere at the Doc Point Festival in Helsinki. The film was screened in three different theatres, including three Q&As.
